Konstanzia holiday apartment is located in the Staad district of Konstanz. In the immediate vicinity (within 400m), there are supermarkets, bakers/cake shops, an Italian delicatessen, a butcher's shop, doctors/dentists, a chemist, a hairdresser, a book shop and numerous restaurants plus two banks offering foreign exchange and ATM facilities.

The Konstanz-Meersburg ferry is 5 minutes' walk from the apartment.  The next bus stop "An der Steig" is 8 minutes' walk away and is served by several bus routes.
 
Lake Constance and the Hörle Park (lawned sunbathing area and children's playground) are 3 minutes' walk away.

Konstanzia holiday apartment has very good transport links.
