The living/sleeping area consists of the following:
 
- Double bed (bed linen is included in the rate)
- Two bedside tables with reading lamps
- Bed sofa

- Flat-screen television with numerous national and international programmes, 

with USB connection e.g. for viewing your holiday photos
- Video and DVD player
- TV table
- Table with room for up to 4 people 

- Work table (extendable)

- Three cupboards
- Coat stand and shoe tray
- Standard lamp

The flooring is high-quality laminate flooring. The window in the sleeping area has a mosquito net.
