The prices below apply from 01.11.2026 for 2 people per night.

Children under the age of 6 stay free.

Children between the ages of 6 and 16 pay € 25 per night and child.

The city of Konstanz charges a tourism and climate protection tax of 5.6% of the overnight price (minors and severely disabled people are exempt). In return, guests receive a BODENSEECARD WEST, which allows them to use the city's bus lines free of charge for the duration of their stay and enjoy a number of other benefits (more information: https://www.konstanz-info.com/planen-buchen/gaestekarten).

 
The minimum stay is 3 nights from 11.09.-30.06.
From 01.07.-10.09. the minimum stay is 5 nights.

With a stay of less than 3 nights (5 nights in July and August), a fee of € 45 will be charged for final cleaning.

We do not accept credit cards or EC (Maestro) cards.
