The prices below apply from 01.01.2023 for 2 people per night.

Children under the age of 6 stay free.

Children between the ages of 6 and 16 pay € 20 per night and child.

From April 1, 2023, the city of Konstanz will introduce a tax on tourism and climate protection, which is 5.6% of the total cost of stay (with the Konstanz guest pass you can then use the town's buses free of charge for the duration of your stay).
 
The minimum stay is 3 nights from 01.09.-30.06.
From 01.07.-31.08. the minimum stay is 5 nights.

With a stay of less than 3 nights (5 nights in July and August), a fee of € 40 will be charged for final cleaning.

We do not accept credit cards or EC (Maestro) cards.
