Konstanzia holiday apartment has a floor space of 46m² and consists of a combined living and sleeping area, a separate kitchen, a bathroom and a hallway.
 
The apartment also has a covered terrace with barbecue, table and chairs for sole use by our guests.

The living/sleeping area, the kitchen and the bathroom all have an exterior window looking out into the garden. 
  
Parking is available directly in front of the house (public parking spaces); there is also a covered area for parking bicycles.

The windows are equipped with electric blinds; the apartment is all on one level and has a separate entrance.

We provide high-speed WLAN for our guests.
